Hello lovelies!
Its almost spring and the weather is getting warmer! I thought that today I might post about my personal favorite pair of sandals. I am not really one for open toe shoes, I can be quite picky but this particular pair is so eye-catching but elegant at the same time and after breaking them in then they are so comfortable.
Which shoes am I taking about you may ask? The Jimmy Choo Kaci Crystal Suede Leaf Sandal (lol what a long name to remember). This pair retails for £1.455.
I don't know if you guys can notice from the picture, that the swarovski's are in a ombre effect, being lighter in the middle and then fading out to a bronze color. I have to say that when I wear these, everyone is looking at them because they catch the light beautifully and don't make any noise while walking in them.
What I didn't love about these shoes is the fact that I got them in a 39, when I should have most likely gotten them in a 38 or 38.5 since as they are sandals my toes slid forwards a little bit and the zipper at the back was digging into my ankle a little bit overtime I would take a step.
This was also the first time I bought such high heels that did not have a plateau and therefore I swear the first time I wore these I went to a birthday party at Zuma and while we were standing waiting for out table, I wanted to cry from the pain, it was so bad guys!
But fortunately I wore them really really often and I got used to walking in them and the pain eventually went away.
A tip with these shoes is that if the zipper at the back is digging into your ankle, then when you wear them, don't zip the zipper all the way up, leave a tiny bit open and it will make it a whole lot better.
A great feature of these sandals is that the heel is not as high as some others and the interior sole is leather and suede which is very comfortable, the leaves at the front hug your foot without scratching it and gives the feeling of the shoe being more stable and finally even with its shape, your pinky toe won't slip out because the proportions are just right. In addition, the crystals on these never ever ever fall off, Ive worn them so many times and all the crystals are still there.
